What is Vulcan Moto?
Vulcan Moto is an online importer and retailer of motorcycle helmets and riding accessories. We hand-select every helmet and accessory ourselves and bring it to riders; we are an importer, not a manufacturer. We sell to customers in the United States and internationally in USD, and to customers in Israel in Hebrew and ILS.
Are Vulcan Moto helmets DOT certified?
Yes. Every Vulcan Moto helmet is DOT certified for street-legal riding and is built around a multi-density EPS impact-absorbing liner, with removable washable padding and a multi-point ventilation system.
What types of motorcycle helmets does Vulcan Moto sell?
Street, modular (flip-up), motocross, retro / open-face, three-quarter, full-face and carbon-fiber full-face helmets, plus accessories such as a Bluetooth helmet intercom, 37L expandable motorcycle tail bags, 110dB alarm disc locks and helmet keychains.
What helmet sizes are available and how do I choose one?
Helmets are available in sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL. Every helmet product page has a Size Guide link with a helmet sizing chart; you choose your size before adding the helmet to your cart.
How much do Vulcan Moto helmets cost?
On the English (US/international) site, helmets are $299 flat and the carbon-fiber Carbon Prime helmet is $429, with free shipping. On the Hebrew (Israel) site, helmets are 699 ILS flat and Carbon Prime is 1,199 ILS, plus a flat 59 ILS pickup-point shipping fee.
Can I add a Bluetooth intercom to my helmet?
Yes. When you add a helmet to your cart you are offered a Bluetooth wireless intercom bundle: +$99 on the English site or +259 ILS on the Hebrew site. The Comlink Pro Bluetooth intercom is also sold on its own ($129 / 269 ILS).
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within up to 3 business days before they ship. Because Vulcan Moto is an importer, delivery can take up to 21 business days. Shipping is free for United States orders.
Do I have to pay customs, duties or taxes?
Any customs fees, duties or taxes that apply to your order in your country are the buyer's responsibility; Vulcan Moto is not responsible for them.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days (two weeks) of the date you receive your order. The item must be unused and in its original new condition, with all original tags and stickers still attached.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely through PayPal, in USD on the English site and in ILS on the Hebrew site.
Does Vulcan Moto ship to Israel?
Yes. The Hebrew site at vulcan-moto.com/he/ shows prices in ILS, with a flat 59 ILS pickup-point shipping fee. It also lists used motorcycles that are available in Israel only.
