Vulcan Moto
Motocross Helmets
Vulcan Moto's motocross helmets are built for dirt, trail and off-road riding. An extended peak keeps sun and roost off your goggles, the open eye port gives a wide field of view, and vents on top and at the chin keep air moving when you are working hard.
How to choose a motocross helmet
Peak, goggles and airflow
Motocross helmets have no built-in visor: you wear goggles, and the peak shades them and sheds debris. Big top and chin vents move the air you need on a hard ride.
Goggles are separate
Photos of these helmets often show goggles strapped on for display. They may not be included, so treat them as an extra and pick a lens for your conditions.
On-road use
All models are DOT certified for street-legal riding, but the peak and open eye port are designed for the dirt, so most riders choose a full-face or modular helmet for the road.
Getting the size right
Wrap a soft tape measure around your head just above the eyebrows and ears, then compare it with the Size Guide in each product window. Vulcan Moto helmets come in S to XXL. A helmet should feel snug all round with no pressure points — it should not rock when you shake your head.
What is inside every helmet
All Vulcan Moto helmets are DOT certified, with a multi-density EPS impact-absorbing liner, a lightweight composite shell, a multi-point ventilation system and removable, washable interior padding.
Frequently asked questions
Are motocross helmets DOT certified?

Do the helmets come with goggles?
Goggles pictured on the helmets are for display and may not be included. Check the product description.
Can I use a motocross helmet on the street?
